Let’s celebrate our 7 Day Rainbow Cleanse Day 2 with ORANGE!
The color ORANGE symbolizes…praise, power, harvest and fruitfulness!
So what better way to begin your day than with praise and power.. which by the way, will produce a harvest of fruitfulness in your life! Who wouldn’t want that?!
So orange you glad we are on Day 2?!
Let’s begin…
1. Choose your level of cleanse
For a detailed guideline of your 3 options please review==> “How to Prepare” for the 7 Day Rainbow Cleanse.
More than just a physical cleanse
This 7-Day Rainbow Cleanse is to be experienced – body, soul & spirit (as it is with all my cleanses)! A cleanse is always more than just a physical experience. Always.
So before todays Cinnamon & Honey Glazed Sweet Potato recipe… let’s chew, meditate, and digest a spiritual appetizer first!
2. Today’s “Rainbow Promise”!
Psalm 150
1 Praise the Lord! Praise God in His sanctuary; praise Him in the heavens of His power!
2 Praise Him for His mighty acts; praise Him according to the abundance of His greatness!
3 Praise Him with trumpet sound; praise Him with lute and harp!
4 Praise Him with tambourine and dance; praise Him with stringed and wind instruments or flutes!
5 Praise Him with resounding cymbals; praise Him with loud clashing cymbals!
6 Let everything that has breath and every breath of life praise the Lord! Praise the Lord! (AMP)
Put your praise to practice!
Now that we have read from the amplified bible (AMP), let’s put our praise into practice… now! Whether you are at home, the gym or in your car, AMP UP praise music today and change the atmosphere around you! Put your praise to practice and begin thanking God for His promises.
Try reading Psalm 150 out loud (of course not while driving!) and declare God’s favor over your life and your family – I believe it’s harvest time for you!
Now for the recipe!
3. Rainbow Recipe: Cinnamon & Honey Glazed Sweet Potato
Today, like yesterday I will do a smoothie for breakfast. Plus a mono meal of glazed sweet potatoes for lunch sounds appetizing too! Mono meals are so good for you. Here is a reminder of what a mono meal is from a previous challenge ==> HERE.
This sweet potato recipe is so easy! Just bake a sweet potato. Let cool. Eat as is or slice and “lightly” fry in coconut oil. Drizzle with raw honey or coconut butter and sprinkle with cinnamon (optional).
