Be an adventurous clean eater!

I want you to be adventurous over the next 7 days by adding the above clean fifteen foods (well at least a few of them!) to your easy to follow grocery list that I included in your >>>  7 Days – 7 Recipes Eat Clean Celebration E-Book in our previous post.

For example….

  • Add a handful of sweet corn or sweet peas to the Brown Rice Medley on page 7.
  • Try tossing in some diced avocado in the Quinoa Salad on page 11.
  • Or if you cubed papaya and added it to the Rainbow Fruit Bowl (page 14) it would not only add to the rainbow colors but it would taste amazing!
