Day 14 had really been a challenge for me. But here goes…
- Intake
Protein smoothie, cup of miso broth and good ole plain water. - Emotionally
My #1 emotion today has been rejection. It seems to be lurking around every corner. Ugh. - Physically
My workout today? Now don’t laugh as I only did a few mountain climbers on the living room floor!
Also noticed my tongue is not as “pasty” today. Your tongue reflects your liver and is a great indicator of where you are on a cleanse. Your tongue will become a pretty pink when your body is finished cleansing. Cool huh?! - Mentally
My thought life has been a battleground – hence rejection. I refocused with Julie True music and obviously been thinking of – Zoodles! - Spiritually
I have been reminded to stop and savor every moment of this cleanse. Day 21 will come soon enough.

ZOODLE SALAD!
Ingredients
1 zucchini
1 cup kale | chopped
1
tomatoes | chopped
toss in a few chopped
black olives
sprinkle on some
hemp seeds
Method
Zoodle your zucchini. Cut some of the noodles into pieces as they come out really long! Massage your chopped kale with a bit of sea salt. (Massaging breaks down the fibers). Chop your tomatoes and slice your olives. Toss everything together with your favorite dressing (a healthy one of course!)
Tip: For a huge boost of protein sprinkle on the hemp seeds!
