Our Rainbow Cleanse Day 6, welcomes you to new beginnings as you pursue to reclaim your health – from a posture of rest. There is no better time than the present, so let’s explore!

1. Choose your level of cleanse

By now I am sure you have memorized all 3 levels. But if not, no problem. Here’s a reminder ==>  “How to Prepare” for the 7 Day Rainbow Cleanse.

Determine to grow

When you are determined and deliberate to grow in every area of your life, your hunger for health increases. Just as you hunger for food, may your desire for healing, health, and wholeness become greater.

I don’t think anyone else will take responsibility for your health, so determine today to give yourself room to grow (and fail)!

2. “Rainbow Cleanse Promise”

Today’s “Rainbow Cleanse Promise” to chew on and give you hope for new beginnings is found in Jeremiah 29:11

11 For I know the thoughts and plans that I have for you, says the Lord, thoughts and plans for welfare and peace and not for evil, to give you hope in your final outcome.

May His thoughts be your thoughts. May His ways be your ways. Take a few moments and thank Him for his goodness over your life. Receive His mercy and continue to grow each day!

Let’s add some green kale to our Zoodle Salad! If you don’t have a kitchen slicer then perhaps you could use a carrot peeler?! My advice is to treat yourself to the kitchen slicer, because you do not want to miss out on creating one of my favorite recipes ==> My Zoodle Salad!
